Slim and healthy

Most of us in this world like to be slim and healthy but due to difference in intake of food, heredity, and it leads to shapeless structure.  So in order to maintain our fitness we all need to take some efforts. Diet consciousness is required before having your food. Person on diet can take certain food items like dry Roti, boiled vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, and fish. The quantity of intake should normal and main point to be noticed is regular exercises or even yoga is advisable. Make your body fit to lead a healthy long life.
