Yahoo is facing problem in the market as its shares started falling after it rejected the offers from microsoft for $33 per share, then the economic slow down affected yahoo badly reaching the $10 share per mark, as yahoo share holder’s are very angry with the Yang’s decision of not selling Yahoo to Microsoft due to pressure and other reasons CEO of Yahoo Yang decided to quit and he will step down when new CEO was appointed .
