Extension of files for different use
Extension is an interesting word and Extension in computer are too interesting to know. I have lot of extensions and worked with lot of them, among them the most used and known extension is exe,csv,gif,jpg,html,php etc. I was working with these extensions now and then for my work activities as well as developing blog and developing portal etc. Today i thought of explaining about the file extension csv. Comma Separated Value is a extension which is most widely used by the corporates and database for providing the details of tables or uploaded files in these format. These formats is use by most of them to recognize the input in terms of their sequence.
I use Microsoft Excel or notepad most of the time to open these extensions,I know only some of the details about these extension, to know more i came across site called file-types.com,they have all information in detail about file types, i came to know from the site about the xml and csv evolution etc.
Really amazing site to look at about all extensions, everytime i find some unknown exception, i came to these site to get my things cleared, i use csv extension to get data from oracle to SAP system.
